Jim has owned and operated
Lou Saare Body Shop for more then 25 years, and has decades of
experience working in the auto body industry. He has become well-known
in the greater Sonoma County area for the high quality repair work
that he and his facility produce on a daily basis. "I want it
right when it leaves our shop!" is a very common statement heard
by Jim all around the business. All of our customers benefit from
his experience and desire to be better than we were yesterday. He
has not been afraid to invest in the latest
equipment to help insure that the quality of the work produced
by Lou Saare meets his high standards. Alifetime
warranty is just one of the examples he sets for the rest of the
industry to follow. From hiring the best employees, to having the
best equipment to meet the demands of todays hi-tech vehicles, he
knows what it takes to repair your car or truck properly.
James Randolph is one of the
most recent additions to the Lou
Saare Body Shop team. As Production Manager, his job is to make
sure that every replacement part and repair done to your vehicle exceeds
the Auto Body industry standards. He personally sees that the work
is done right and repairs are on schedule. He has been around the
business for nearly 27 years, and has worked at Lou Saare off and
on through out that time. Nobody knows the shop better! Not only is
James well versed in the auto body business, he is also an expert
in the motorsport industry. This local hero and record breaker on
the Sears Point/Infineon raceway has worked and managed motorcycle
dealer repair shops, racing teams. His knowledge and expertise is
both areas are a great asset to the company. James has recently become
I-CAR
Platinum Individual, the highest level of education achievable
in the Production Manager position.
Terrilynn has been working at the Lou
Saare Body Shop for over 5 years. It is hard to imagine the amount
of paperwork that has to be processed with each insurance repair claim.
One hour she may be doing accounting, and then the next hour she is
going over the final repair paperwork with a customer picking up their
car or truck. Her background includes managing automotive parts departments
for several dealerships. Her experience with body and mechanical parts
makes it easy to understand why she is so valuable to our business
and our satisfied customers. She represents the experience that the
Lou Saare has to offer all of our customers.
David Worthington is one of
our estimators. He is responsible for inspecting your vehicle damage
and working with you and your insurance company to restore your vehicle
to its pre-accident condition. He has over 20 years of experience
in the automotive industry, and is I-Car
Platinum Certified. He has been a master automotive and truck
technician, smog technician, California brake and light inspector,
managed auto repair shops and truck dealerships, as well as, having
been an insurance company auto damage appraiser. His broad experience
within the automobile and insurance industries is an asset to our

The newest member of the Lou Saare team is Mike Graves. Mike has been in the automotive industry for over 10 years now and has a wealth of knowledge from his experience with service departments at a few of the prominent dealerships in the area. As the second estimator in our body shop, Mike works as a liaison between our customers and the insurance companies to ensure the vehicles are done properly and we meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. The combination of his personality, his experience and his professionalism only enhance the experience people have at Lou Saare Body Shop.
